Unless otherwise stated, Lingotuner and/or its licensors do not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights for the texts or translations processed using Lingotuner. Users retain all rights to their texts and translations. Lingotuner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services provided by Lingotuner solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

Limitations

In no event shall Lingotuner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lingotuner's website, even if Lingotuner or a Lingotuner authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Lingotuner's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lingotuner does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Lingotuner may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Lingotuner does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Payments and Subscriptions

Lingotuner offers two types of subscriptions, each with a specified number of characters that can be translated:

• Monthly Subscription: This subscription plan allows users to access Lingotuner's services for a monthly fee and includes a specific monthly limit on the number of characters that can be translated. Unused characters from one month will not carry over to the next month within the subscription period.
• Annual Subscription: This subscription plan allows users to access Lingotuner's services for an annual fee and the number of characters that can be translated, will be provided in full at the start of the subscription period.
• Project Based Option: Users can opt to use Lingotuner on a project basis without a subscription. In this option, users can purchase a specified number of characters to use within their projects. Characters purchased under this option do not expire and can be used until depleted.

Subscription Upgrades

If a user wishes to upgrade their subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to annual), any remaining characters from the current subscription plan will be carried over and remain valid for the upgraded plan. The upgraded subscription will take effect immediately upon confirmation of payment.

At any time, in any Subscription plan, the user can buy supplementary characters is needed.

Modifications

Lingotuner may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Disclaimer

Lingotuner is a tool for checking and editing translations generated by third-party translation engines such as Google Translate, Bing, DeepL, and ChatGPT. Lingotuner does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the translated texts or the results obtained from using Lingotuner. Users retain all rights to their texts and translations processed through Lingotuner, and Lingotuner does not track, store, or use any user materials or texts beyond the scope of providing the translation services. Lingotuner cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in translations processed through its platform.
